Menlo Ventures, in its own blog post, detailed the fund’s focus on five main areas: infrastructure, frontier applications, consumer AI solutions, trust and safety, and technology aimed at maximizing social benefits. Startups that qualify for the fund will gain access to Anthropic’s AI tools, Menlo Ventures’ partner and networking support, and a structured support program designed to foster growth and innovation.

Recently, Menlo Ventures participated in a $300 million Series A funding round for Skild AI, a Carnegie Mellon spinout. This round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Coatue, SoftBank Group, and Jeff Bezos through Bezos Expeditions, highlighting Menlo’s continuous commitment to advancing AI technology.
