Binance Launchpad Presents Open Campus Token Sale: A New Era of Decentralized Education

Binance, the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchange platform, has announced the upcoming token sale for Open Campus (EDU) on its Launchpad platform. Open Campus, the 31st project to be featured on Binance Launchpad, aims to revolutionize the education sector by utilizing blockchain technology to create a decentralized and open learning environment.

The token sale will follow the Launchpad subscription format, with user BNB balances being recorded for five days from April 23, 2023, to April 28, 2023. Binance will use the Daily Average BNB Balance calculation to determine each user’s final BNB holding amount.

  • Launchpad Hard Cap: $2,500,000
  • Hard Cap Per User: $15,000 (300,000 EDU)
  • Total Token Supply: 1,000,000,000 EDU
  • Total Tokens Allocated to Binance Launchpad: 50,000,000 EDU (5% of Total Token Supply)
  • Public Sale Token Price: 1 EDU = $0.05 (price in BNB will be determined before subscription)
  • Token Sale Format: Subscription
  • Supported Sessions: BNB only

The subscription timeline includes a preparation period, subscription period, calculation period, and final token distribution:

  • Preparation Period (April 23-28, 2023): User BNB balances will be calculated in hourly snapshots for five days, determining the maximum BNB commitment.
  • Subscription Period (April 28, 2023, 06:00-09:00 UTC): Eligible users can subscribe during this three-hour window and sign the Token Purchase Agreement.
  • Calculation Period (April 28, 2023, 09:00-10:00 UTC): Token allocation calculation begins after the subscription period closes.
  • Final Token Distribution (April 28, 2023, 10:00 UTC): The final token allocation will be calculated, and the corresponding BNB will be deducted from users’ locked BNB amounts.
