BUILDR launched only yesterday on PumpFun, one of the busiest token launch platforms for memes on Solana, and is already positioning itself as an experimental and highly innovative project. At its core is an effort to link a Solana-based token with Caffeine, an application on ICP that enables dApp creation through natural language prompts. The mix aims to go beyond simple bridge-building and show how cross-chain tools can be put to work.
The project is led by Dexter, who has laid out a roadmap that combines entertainment, utility and transparency. The first playable feature is a PvP arena inspired by old-school RuneScape, where users burn BUILDR and then battle for SOL. The arena is due to go live on stream by Friday and is being described as the first of several interactive products tied to the token.
BUILDR is also being developed as a service marketplace for the PumpFun community, where users can order dApp or game development. Payments can be made in Solana, and access is streamlined through Internet Identity. A routing RPC canister will allow requests to be processed directly on-chain, creating a link between developers and demand.
Another strand of the model is verified clips, where revenue from views, likes and replies flows into the treasury and is automatically distributed in SOL. The system is designed to give creators a direct and transparent connection between engagement and payout.
Caffeine AI underpins the service side of the project, providing the tools to create and deploy new applications. For BUILDR holders, this means that the token is not just tied to speculative trading but also anchored to a framework of services and content.
On accountability, 6,178,400 BUILDR tokens have been locked through Streamflow. These tokens, moved from the developer wallet, will transfer to the treasury once an audit is completed. The lock is visible on-chain and is being highlighted as part of the project’s commitment to transparency.
The combination of gaming, service infrastructure and a structured treasury makes BUILDR unusual among PumpFun launches. With its cross-chain element, it is already sparking interest as a test of what can happen when Solana’s speed is combined with ICP’s application-building tools.
