Dexter, the developer behind the BUILDR project on Solana, has revealed plans for the next phase of his experimental meme token — a lottery system that uses BUILDR as the entry ticket. The proposed BUILDR Lottery will feature daily, weekly and monthly draws, with 10% of each prize pool set aside as fees. Half of that will be burned to reduce supply, while the other half will be sent to the project’s treasury wallet.
The lottery is part of a growing roadmap that positions BUILDR as a bridge between Solana and the Internet Computer (ICP), with Caffeine AI at the centre. BUILDR launched recently on PumpFun, one of Solana’s busiest platforms for meme tokens, but was designed from the start to do more than trade on hype. It aims to connect on-chain entertainment with real utility, using Caffeine’s AI tools to create and deploy decentralised applications through natural language prompts.
Previous plans have included a RuneScape-inspired PvP arena, a marketplace for dApp and game development requests, and a verified content system that rewards creators directly in SOL. All of these features are tied to BUILDR’s larger experiment — showing how cross-chain projects can merge community activity with usable tech.
The upcoming lottery fits into that pattern. By combining deflationary mechanics with community participation, it adds another layer to BUILDR’s ecosystem and keeps attention on the project’s link to Caffeine. Dexter has framed it as a way to sustain engagement while testing new on-chain models for value flow and transparency.
Though details are still being worked out, the plan reflects how BUILDR continues to evolve as a live experiment in merging meme culture, decentralised gaming and AI-powered creation across two blockchains.
