CLOAD has published its whitepaper, detailing the platform’s technical framework, tokenomics and plans for decentralised governance through an SNS DAO. The document sets out how the Web3 platform, owned and managed by its community, will transition control to a DAO following a decentralised fundraising event.

Under the model, the DAO will hold two main treasuries: one in ICP, sourced from the decentralised sale, and another in CLOAD tokens.
