DOM Ad-Board Goes Live, Sharing Advertising Revenue with Stakers

By LedgerLife · 19 Oct 2026

Dawn of Machines has launched its Ad-Board, a new advertising platform on LedgerLife that distributes 75% of banner revenue to DOM stakers, while using the remaining 25% to buy and burn DOM tokens.

The platform allows advertisers to book banner placements on LedgerLife using Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) tokens, creating an advertising model in which payments from advertisers fund community distributions rather than relying on treasury funds.

The Ad-Board offers three weekly advertising slots: Top and Mid placements cost 2 ICP each, while the Footer placement costs 1 ICP. Advertisers can select a slot, upload a banner, provide a destination link and submit their advertisement for review. Once approved, each banner runs for seven days.

According to the project, the live advertisements on ledgerlife.io are rendered using data read directly from an on-chain canister. The revenue split is also hard-coded on-chain, with 75% allocated to DOM stakers and 25% directed towards buying and burning DOM tokens.

DOM holders can participate by staking a minimum of 100 DOM through the Ad-Board platform. Earned ICP can be claimed at any time, while staked tokens become available to withdraw seven days after the user’s most recent staking activity. The project states that staked DOM is returned in full through its smart contract.

The platform’s terms clarify that the ICP distributions represent promotional revenue sharing rather than interest or a guaranteed financial return. All advertising banners are reviewed before publication.

Alongside the launch, Dawn of Machines has introduced DAWN, a new mascot described as a sentinel that wakes at dawn, representing the project’s developing identity.

The Ad-Board aims to connect advertising activity with community participation by allowing businesses to reach LedgerLife readers while directing a portion of their spending towards DOM stakers and token burns. Its long-term performance will depend on advertiser demand, the number of active placements and the revenue generated.

Advertisers can book banner space, while DOM holders can explore staking through the Ad-Board.
