ICP has been included in Binance’s Altcoin LiquidityBoost Program, a scheme designed to improve liquidity and streamline trading for selected altcoins. The program rewards liquidity providers with fee rebates based on their contribution to eligible spot trading pairs.
Participants are assessed weekly according to their maker volume relative to the total maker volume across the designated altcoin pairs. Accounts achieving a minimum of 0.5% of the total weekly volume qualify for Tier 1, receiving a maker fee rebate of -0.005%. Accounts reaching 1% qualify for Tier 2 with a rebate of -0.010%. If an account is eligible for both the Spot Liquidity Provider Program and the Altcoin LiquidityBoost Program, the more favourable rebate is applied.
The program covers a variety of altcoin pairs, including ICPUSDT, alongside INITUSDT, AUSDT, HYPERUSDT, PARTIUSDT and others. Weekly calculations are based on the sum of daily maker volumes, with each day measured from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC and each week from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC.
The inclusion of ICP reflects growing interest in the coin and provides incentives for traders to contribute to liquidity, potentially improving market efficiency and trading conditions. Participants can engage by providing maker liquidity on the eligible pairs during the specified weekly periods to earn the applicable rebates.
