Cardano (ADA) registered the highest level of daily developer activity in the period between July and August 2020, according to data harvested from GitHub.
This has been a great year for Cardano, now the ninth-largest blockchain in the world. With Charles Hoskinson at the helm, the company made the long-awaited Shelley dream a reality. As of 30 July, the Shelley hard fork was activated on the mainnet successfully, introducing staking, more security, robustness, and decentralization to the network.
Twitter shows that Cardano had the highest daily developer activity from the month of July till August. The open-source smart contract platform even beat its direct rival, ethereum, in terms of developer activity.
