Juno-based IC Node Monitoring App Offers Live Updates and Dashboard Insights

A new node monitoring application built on the Juno platform is now available, offering live updates on Internet Computer (IC) node health, status and infrastructure. Created by developer Zander and his team at NEWT DEV PTY LTD, the app is designed to give node operators and curious users alike a clear view into network performance.

The tool pulls data directly from the IC registry, dashboard and other reliable sources, providing a detailed breakdown by node, provider and data centre. The dashboard is interactive and runs on a React and Rust-based stack, making use of Juno’s open app framework for stability and speed.

Juno, developed by Peter Parker and contributors, has seen growing adoption for on-chain apps thanks to its performance and modular design. Zander credited the platform for helping accelerate development, describing Parker’s support as instrumental throughout the build.

The current version of the app focuses on real-time visibility, but work is already underway to expand its capabilities. Upcoming features will include historical analytics, custom alerts and more advanced filtering tools. The team is also experimenting with push notifications for node operators to improve response times when problems occur.

Zander has invited users to explore the app and share feedback, ideas or bug reports to help shape future updates. The goal, according to the team, is to create a monitoring tool that is fast, informative and genuinely useful to the broader IC ecosystem.

Dear Reader,
