Liquidium launches cross-chain swaps across Bitcoin and supported networks

By Maria Irene · 7 Nov 2026

Liquidium has launched cross-chain swaps, allowing users to exchange assets across Bitcoin and several supported blockchain networks without leaving its app.

The feature is powered by cross-chain infrastructure provider Rift and is designed to help users move between supported assets, including when rebalancing loan positions.

Users can select the asset they want to exchange, the asset they wish to receive and the destination network. They can fund a swap through a connected wallet or send funds to a deposit address generated for the order. The purchased asset is then sent to the chosen receiving address.

The service currently supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, Ink, Robinhood Chain and Hyperliquid. Available assets depend on the network and the trading route offered for the selected pair and amount.

Liquidium said Solana and the Internet Computer (ICP) are not yet supported.

The company charges a 0.3 per cent fee on the swap output, in addition to Rift’s execution costs and the network fee for sending funds. Users are shown an estimated amount before confirming a transaction, although the final amount received may differ from the quote.

Rift selects the execution route after receiving the funds. The provider does not offer a maximum-slippage setting, meaning users should account for possible price movements and changes in the amount received. The execution process also relies on third-party trading and bridging providers, which can introduce risks, including provider failures.

Liquidium has published documentation covering supported assets, fees, the swap process and troubleshooting. It also directs users to Rift’s security documentation for information about its execution model.

The cross-chain swap service is available through the Liquidium app at https://app.liquidium.fi/swap.
