OISY has released version 2.5.6 of its wallet, adding new swap options, broader cross-chain token support and several updates aimed at making transactions easier to manage.
The latest version introduces OISY Trade and Chain Fusion as new swap providers, giving users more options when swapping assets directly within the wallet.
One of the key additions is support for swapping native Bitcoin to and from tokens across supported chains without leaving OISY. The update is designed to simplify transactions that involve assets operating on different networks.
OISY has also expanded support for Basic Attention Token, or BAT, allowing users to manage the token across Ethereum, Solana and the Internet Computer Protocol. Cross-chain swaps for BAT are included as part of the update.
The release also brings improvements to Solana transaction details, giving users more information when reviewing activity on the network. Solana’s transaction system provides detailed information such as fees, transaction status and instructions, making clearer transaction displays useful when managing activity through a wallet.
For users interacting with EVM-based networks, version 2.5.6 adds an easier way to select priority fees. Priority fees are additional payments that can be used to influence transaction processing on networks that support the mechanism.
The update also includes further WalletConnect enhancements, alongside performance and user experience improvements.
OISY is built as a multichain wallet and currently supports assets and interactions across several blockchain networks. Its integration with ICP’s Chain Fusion technology allows canisters to interact with networks including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana.
With version 2.5.6, the focus is on giving users more flexibility around swaps while making cross-chain asset management and transaction information easier to handle from within the wallet.
