Rumi Protocol launches ckDOGE mint and redemption frontend

Rumi Protocol has introduced a new frontend that allows users to mint and redeem ckDOGE, giving the community a simpler way to move between Dogecoin and the Internet Computer ecosystem.

The frontend provides users with a Dogecoin deposit address, confirmation tracking and an option to redeem ckDOGE back to Dogecoin. Rumi said the service is available to everyone and can be accessed through its web application.

The protocol has positioned the tool as a straightforward way for users to interact with ckDOGE, with the process centred on depositing DOGE, monitoring confirmations and redeeming the resulting ckDOGE.

The service is currently in beta, and Rumi is advising users to start with small amounts while they test the platform and provide feedback.

The launch adds another application for Dogecoin within the Internet Computer ecosystem, where ckDOGE can be used as a token representation of DOGE. The post did not provide further technical details about the minting and redemption mechanism.

Rumi Protocol is encouraging users to try the service and share their experience as development continues.
