Subhub Launches RSS Sync for Direct Web3 Content Distribution

Subhub has added RSS feed syncing to its platform, giving projects and marketers a way to push content straight from platforms like X and Medium into Web3 inboxes with a single click. The update means posts can now bypass social media algorithms and third-party platforms, reaching subscribers directly through wallet-connected messaging.

The process is straightforward. Projects can link their X or Medium accounts via the Social Links section in Subhub’s settings. Once connected, the Content Sync tab allows them to pull in their latest posts by clicking ‘Synchronise’. The synced posts then appear under Sync History, ready for review before being sent out to wallet subscribers.

This addition aims to simplify content workflows, especially for projects that already rely on platforms like Medium for long-form articles or X for shorter updates. The sync feature means there’s no need to rewrite or reformat posts for Web3 messaging. However, Subhub suggests reviewing synced posts before sending, particularly for Medium content with more complex formatting. The platform expects to improve formatting compatibility over time.

To avoid misuse, Subhub limits each project to one automated sync post per day. The aim is to encourage thoughtful engagement rather than mass messaging, helping projects maintain high response rates from their subscriber base.

For Web3 marketers, this move reinforces a key difference from traditional digital channels. In a Web2 environment, content reach is often dictated by algorithms or platform rules. Subhub positions itself as a tool for direct communication with communities — sending content straight to users’ wallets, giving creators and projects more control over how their messages are distributed.

Subhub’s reach continues to grow. The platform has already seen over 10 million messages sent and has onboarded more than 550 projects and key opinion leaders. Around 50 projects have built subscriber bases of over 100,000 users, with a further 100 surpassing 50,000. Growth so far has been driven by the visibility offered through the Subhub Subscription Center and the quality of campaigns shared by users.

For projects already active on Medium or X, the new RSS sync could make connecting with their Web3 audience easier. By turning existing posts into direct campaigns, Subhub offers a way to extend content reach without extra steps.

The RSS sync feature is now live in Subhub’s latest version. Teams can activate it in settings, sync their posts, and send them straight to their Web3 subscribers — wallet-first and automated.
