TRAX joins top music tech startups at Amsterdam Dance Event 2025

TRAX has been named one of eight music tech startups selected for the Chorus 2025 programme at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), giving the platform a spotlight in one of the industry’s most visible forums for innovation.

The company will present its use of $TRAX governance and Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) technology, which it says can help shift how artists and fans engage, particularly through decentralised tools that aim to increase transparency and shared decision-making.

Chorus is designed to support early-stage music tech ventures through mentorship, exposure to industry leaders and the opportunity to connect with potential collaborators. For TRAX, it’s a chance to test its model in front of a global audience that includes both the music business and the wider tech community.

While enthusiasm around blockchain in music has grown in recent years, some artists remain cautious about the complexity of token-based models and whether they offer practical benefits over traditional platforms. Adoption may depend on whether TRAX can simplify user experience and clearly show how its tools impact revenue, rights or fan connection.

Being chosen for Chorus gives TRAX an early boost heading into 2025. The challenge now will be turning that early momentum into lasting relevance in a space that’s competitive and quick to move on from hype.
