A developer named Prabhat has built Decentralised Poker, a blockchain-based poker game, using just a single prompt on Caffeine AI — completing the entire build in about four minutes. The game runs fully on the Internet Computer (ICP), including its frontend, backend, logic and storage, all created at zero cost.
Decentralised Poker brings the experience of traditional poker to a decentralised environment. Every card shuffle and deal is verifiable on-chain, providing full transparency and provable fairness. Players can join tables anonymously using Internet Identity, with no personal information required or stored, making the platform both censorship-resistant and privacy-friendly.
The game supports single and multi-table tournaments with live chat, leaderboards and prize pools. According to Prabhat, the version built with one prompt is only a starting point, with plans to expand it into a more advanced version featuring end-to-end on-chain gameplay and custom domains.
The project highlights how developers are experimenting with Caffeine AI to rapidly create complete on-chain applications, combining speed, transparency and accessibility through Internet Computer’s open infrastructure.
Dear Reader,
Ledger Life is an independent platform dedicated to covering the Internet Computer (ICP) ecosystem and beyond. We focus on real stories, builder updates, project launches, and the quiet innovations that often get missed.
We’re not backed by sponsors. We rely on readers like you.
If you find value in what we publish—whether it’s deep dives into dApps, explainers on decentralised tech, or just keeping track of what’s moving in Web3—please consider making a donation. It helps us cover costs, stay consistent, and remain truly independent.
Your support goes a long way.
