Students Build Their First Apps with Caffeine at IPB University

Over sixty students from middle school to university gathered at IPB University for a hands-on workshop with Caffeine, exploring how the platform can turn ideas into functioning applications.

The event offered participants the chance to experiment directly with Caffeine’s natural language interface, which allows users to create and test applications without traditional coding. By the end of the session, students had built their own projects and shared them with peers and mentors.

Feedback from the group was consistently positive, with many describing Caffeine as intuitive and enjoyable to use. For most, it was their first experience building an app, and the ease of the process left a strong impression.

Caffeine’s team said they were pleased to see young people engaging with the technology in such a creative way, calling it an encouraging sign for the next generation of builders. The workshop’s success suggests that accessible tools like Caffeine could play an important role in helping students move from curiosity to creation.
