Dom’s Vision for Neutrinite Integration into Caffeine Sparks Interest in On-Chain DeFi Innovation

Dom’s recent post on X has ignited discussions within the ICP community. He shared a concept animation, expressing his enthusiasm for integrating Neutrinite into Caffeine, highlighting the potential of adding complex DeFi logic to sophisticated, fully on-chain applications created solely through chat, a capability he believes is unique to the Internet Computer Protocol (ICP).

The animation, crafted by Snassy, showcases the $SNEED Recursive Liquidity Loop (RLL) in action. This visual representation illustrates how Sneed DAO manages its revenue streams, including maturity from an 8-year neuron with 10,000 ICP, liquidity provider rewards, and earnings from its projects. The revenue is directed into two distinct splitters: the ICP Splitter and the SNEED Splitter.

The ICP Splitter allocates funds as follows: 25% to the 8-year neuron, 25% to the Sneed DAO treasury, and 50% to buy back $SNEED from the market via the Neutrinite Vector, which is then sent to the SNEED Splitter. The SNEED Splitter distributes its funds by burning 33% of the $SNEED tokens, sending 33% to the Sneed DAO treasury, and distributing 34% to Sneed DAO members who stake and vote.

Snassy reflected on the journey of this project, noting that the initial concepts were shared over eight months ago, and it’s gratifying to see the community engage with and recognise the work. This development underscores the dynamic nature of the ICP ecosystem, where community-driven initiatives continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in decentralised finance.
