Jaydeep Y, a Web3 content creator focused on AI and crypto and an ambassador for CoinDCX , has used the Remix feature from to turn an existing Family Hub app into a Guild Hub built for Web3 communities.
Known for creating content around decentralised technology, Jaydeep said the new Guild Hub was designed to give his community a more practical space to organise, interact and manage activity. Rather than building from scratch, he used Caffeine’s Remix feature to adapt an existing app into something more suitable for Web3 audiences.
The Guild Hub build appears aimed at helping communities manage members, discussions and shared activities in a more structured way. This reflects a wider trend across Web3, where projects are looking for better systems around onboarding, rewards, permissions and engagement.
Platforms focused on community management have become increasingly popular as crypto projects search for ways to build stronger user loyalty. Tools such as have gained attention for features including token-gated access, role management, contributor rewards and Discord integration. (guild.xyz)
Jaydeep’s project also highlights one of the main selling points behind Caffeine. Users can take an existing application, remix it and turn it into something entirely different without having to build every feature manually. Supporters of the platform believe this could make app creation easier for people who do not come from technical backgrounds.
There are several ways the Guild Hub could continue to develop. Wallet-based login would allow users to connect their on-chain identity directly to the platform. Token-gated sections could give exclusive access to certain groups, resources or events. Community leaderboards, badges and XP systems may also help keep members active and reward participation.
A quests section could allow users to complete tasks in exchange for rewards, while proposal voting could help communities make decisions collectively. Referral systems, event calendars and integrations with platforms such as Discord may also improve the overall experience for users.
There is still competition in this space. A growing number of Web3 community tools already offer membership systems, gated access, contributor tracking and reward mechanisms. That means Guild Hub will need to offer something distinctive if it wants to stand out.
Still, Jaydeep’s project shows how quickly an app can be reshaped using Caffeine’s Remix feature. For creators, ambassadors and Web3 communities looking for simple ways to build custom tools, that flexibility may prove useful as the ICP ecosystem continues to expand.
