Menese Protocol expands cross-chain access to ICP

Menese Protocol is highlighting its cross-chain pools as a way for users to move between ICP and assets held across other networks.

The protocol says its pools support direct swaps between ICP and Solana-based SOL, as well as USDC, while remaining non-custodial and open to liquidity providers. Menese’s website currently lists cross-chain swaps among its multichain features and says the protocol operates across EVM and non-EVM networks.

The approach is aimed at users who may already hold assets outside the Internet Computer and want access to ICP without managing separate liquidity routes for each network. Menese has previously described its cross-chain liquidity pools as infrastructure for coordinated liquidity access across multiple blockchain networks.

The discussion also extended to RH and USGD after a user asked whether Menese supported what they described as the current place to be. Menese responded that its cross-chain pools connect users to RH and USGD, allowing those holdings to be swapped with assets on other chains.

Menese says its infrastructure is non-custodial, meaning users retain control of their funds rather than handing them to the protocol. Its current platform supports DEX trading across seven chains, including ICP, Solana, Ethereum, XRP, Cardano, Sui and NEAR.

The move comes as cross-chain infrastructure continues to develop around ICP. ICP itself supports direct interaction with networks such as Solana through its Chain Fusion architecture, including the ability for canisters to query Solana and sign transactions.

For Menese, the focus is on making those connections available through a single interface while allowing liquidity providers to participate in the underlying pools. The company says its wider platform is designed to combine multichain wallets, swaps and liquidity management without taking custody of user funds.

Dear Reader,

Ledger Life is an independent platform dedicated to covering the Internet Computer (ICP) ecosystem and beyond. We focus on real stories, builder updates, project launches, and the quiet innovations that often get missed.

We’re not backed by sponsors. We rely on readers like you.

If you find value in what we publish—whether it’s deep dives into dApps, explainers on decentralised tech, or just keeping track of what’s moving in Web3—please consider making a donation. It helps us cover costs, stay consistent, and remain truly independent.

Your support goes a long way.
