Brave browser now has more than 4 million daily active users

Crypto-powered privacy-centered web browser Brave has crossed 4 million in daily active users. The Brave browser, which uses a built-in adblocker and puts an emphasis on user privacy and security, is now averaging 12.2 million monthly active users (MAU).
Brendan Eich, co-founder and CEO of Brave, said the browser finished 2019 with 11.2 million monthly active users, up from 8.7 MAU in October 2019 and constituting a 28 per cent increase. The browser has continued to grow its user base since the end of 2019, experiencing a 14 per cent boost in daily active users through the first two months of the year.

Brave allows users to support their favorite web sites with crypto as opposed to being subjected to invasive advertisements. Brave is also capable of loading web pages 3 to 6 times faster than Chrome and Firefox.
