Paylink aims to simplify crypto and fiat payments with new escrow feature

Paylink, a payments app developed by ICPvibecoder, is introducing tools to make both crypto and fiat transactions more accessible and secure. The app allows users to create and share payment links quickly, supporting a wide range of assets and aiming to streamline payments for freelancers, projects, and everyday users.

An upcoming integration with icpay will enable seamless handling of crypto and fiat payments, while Decide AI will provide KYC functionality shortly after launch. The development team emphasises that Paylink is still a work in progress, with further updates expected as features are rolled out.

A new escrow feature has been added to the app to support secure transactions. This is intended to protect both parties during payments, providing a layer of trust for freelancers, small projects, and other users who need assurance before funds are released.

Work is also underway to refine the payout process, ensuring that transfers in both crypto and fiat are smooth and reliable. Paylink’s focus on usability aims to make payment links a practical tool for everyday financial interactions, from freelance work to business payments, without requiring technical expertise.

The app reflects a broader effort within the Internet Computer ecosystem to provide simple, secure, and on-chain payment solutions. By combining multiple payment options with escrow functionality and planned KYC integration, Paylink hopes to offer a complete platform for managing transactions efficiently and safely.
